IGY, in black, represents the heavy hearts of those suffering from PTSD or lost to suicide. It stands for 'I've Got Your'
The 6 (in red, refers to the blood shed or lost) symbolises someone standing behind you, having your back.

It is a tattoo that reflects the silent battles we face with mental health, and the assurance that someone always has your back.

This is a statement.
